What it is:

Personal training sessions with Chris Gauntlett are ‘one on one’ or small group sessions that last an hour in duration and include a variety of different training methods and techniques. Personal training sessions are always designed with your specific functional training requirements and individual goals in mind. Each session may include:

  • Strength and conditioning training
  • Stretching, both muscular and fascial, incorporating dynamic stretching, static stretching, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF stretching)
  • Neuromuscular training and integration
  • Postural screening and correction
  • Dynamic balance and agility drills
  • Martial arts, boxing, kickboxing

How it works:

  • We sit down, discuss your needs and clearly define your training goals and objectives. 
  • We then map out a training regime and program to ensure that you achieve those goals. This may also include training to be completed outside of personal training session times.
  • We start training!
