What it is:
Personal training sessions with Chris Gauntlett are ‘one on one’ or small group sessions that last an hour in duration and include a variety of different training methods and techniques. Personal training sessions are always designed with your specific functional training requirements and individual goals in mind. Each session may include:
Strength and conditioning training
Stretching, both muscular and fascial, incorporating dynamic stretching, static stretching, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF stretching)
Neuromuscular training and integration
Postural screening and correction
Dynamic balance and agility drills
Martial arts, boxing, kickboxing

How it works:
We sit down, discuss your needs and clearly define your training goals and objectives.
We then map out a training regime and program to ensure that you achieve those goals. This may also include training to be completed outside of personal training session times.
